How can we help?

Unique access codes are issued by IBD teams at hospitals which are using IBDmate to provide patients with IBD information. If you have one of these codes and you can’t get it to work then try the following:

• If it’s handwritten see if you could be mistaking one of the numbers/letters for something else
• Check there are no spaces at the beginning or end when you are entering the code

If you are still having problems then get in touch with your IBD team and ask them to confirm the code or issue a new one. The IBDmate team doesn’t have access to your unique access code so we wouldn’t be able to let you know what the unique access code is.

You can still access IBDmate without a unique access code and take advantage of all the information and courses, they just won’t necessarily be tailored to your IBD care.
